"It is a style of living that brings a more cosmopolitan feeling to Henderson," said Steve Lee, a representative for the builder.

The residences at 17th & Vine will range from 908 to 2,295 square feet with one to three bedrooms. Prices start from the low $300,000s.

"From granite counter tops to 9-foot ceilings, buyers will find most of their upgrades come standard."

A clubhouse is planned to include a work-out facility with equipment and plasma screen TVs. The 17th and Vine grounds will also provide barbecues, spas, resort-style pools and areas for pets.

17th and Vine phase one also includes construction of an underground parking garage.
