Vegas 888 Las Vegas high rise condos developer Florida-based Del American, developer of Vegas Grand Las Vegas luxury condos on Swenson Street at Flamingo Road, has changed its business plan for the 8.6-acre site next to the Palms Las Vegas that was originally planned for Vegas 888 Las Vegas real estate. The developer now plans to build a mixed-use Las Vegas luxury resort hotel-casino.

Vegas Grand Las Vegas condos 212-unit first phase, named Vegas Grand Bella Venezia I, has begun vertical construction by general contractor Summit Builders. Vegas Grand Las Vegas Bella Venezia II, which includes 213 residences and a 12-story, 129-unit Las Vegas condo tower, will begin construction soon.

Boca Raton Las Vegas has Martin-Harris Construction topping out construction of the first two buildings at Boca Raton Las Vegas, a $200 million Las Vegas mid-rise condominium project on the Serene Avenue and South Strip.

Juhl Las Vegas lofts had More than 75 trucks deliver 600 cubic yards of concrete for the foundation pour for Juhl, a $167 million mixed-use project by San Diego-based CityMark Development at Third Street and Bonneville Avenue in downtown Las Vegas. Juhl Las Vegas condo lofts upon completion will have 341 walk-up, loft, studio and penthouse units in six towers, ranging from six to 15 stories, and 24,000 square feet of Las Vegas retail space. Turner Construction is the general contractor for Juhl Lofts Las Vegas.
