Paxton Walk Las Vegas Includes Condos and Townhomes

Paxton Walk Las Vegas homes, $200 million Las Vegas real estate project, is composed of nearly 2 million square feet of space designed in classic English-style architecture. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter.

Blue Marble Development, a California real estate firm, plans to build a mixed-use community of 782 Las Vegas condominium and 65 townhome units, stores and restaurants on 31 acres in the Centennial Hills area of northwest Las Vegas. Paxton Square town center will have 96,000 square feet of restaurants, storefronts and offices with residential space above them.

Six acres of common space include 11 courtyards, two clubhouses, three swimming pools, two fitness centers, walking paths, fountains and gardens. The 9,000-square-foot clubhouse has a billiards room, theater and cabana room.

Las Vegas condo units range from slightly more than 700 square feet to 1,500 square feet, while Las vegas new townhome units are 1,679 feet and 1,712 feet. First phase of 175 condos will begin selling in the third quarter, priced from $250,000 to $500,000. Occupancy is expected by next summer.

Development costs for Paxton Walk, including design, land acquisition and entitlement fees, are paid off and Blue Marble is talking with two banks to secure the best terms for a construction loan.

Blue Marble is a subsidiary of The Financial Group, an Israeli group that has developed three small Las Vegas commercial centers.
