Sandy Lake Apartments was purchased by National Commercial Ventures. The Sandy Lake Apartments is a 144 unit complex in Las Vegas at 3650 E. Lake Mead Blvd. for $11.9 million, or $82,638 per unit, from Sandy Lake Properties LLC.

The Willows at Lone Mountain real estate was purchased by National Commercial Ventures LLC bought the 98-unit apartment complex at 3540 N. Hualapai Rd. for $12.8 million, or $130,612 per unit, from Chartered Development.
